After far too long I got out to Rocklands and it is just as beautiful and amazing as I had been told. It definitely needs return trips and ideally a longer stay to work some of the amazing problems and also have enough time to rest and recover.
Whilst there I sent my hardest outdoor problem ever - Gegen Den Wind (7A+) and ticked it in a single session to boot! Job well done, I think. I wish I had a photo of me on it.
Hopefully I get to sample a new bouldering area tomorrow and maybe Sat. Psyched. And I am looking forward to getting home on Sunday morning.
